I love a quick and easy breakfast, I also love a quick and easy protein shake, and this recipe is the best of both worlds! This recipe only requires 6 ingredients and you most likely have all of them in your kitchen right now! This protein shake is packed with protein and can easily be made vegan with a few simple switches.

When I make this shake, I use Perfect Plant Protein in the vanilla flavor. It adds a touch of natural sweetness and a delicious vanilla flavor. This protein powder is perfect for anyone who wishes to avoid soy or dairy based protein powders.

I also recommend using organic ingredients, whenever possible. Non-organic ingredients can cause a number or health problems… and one of those problems is obesity.
