Try this Coconut Banana Breakfast Shake! It’s delicious!

It’s hard to find protein shake recipes that a fill you up, believe me, I know. LOOK NO FURTHER! This shake is rich and comforting with a slight tropical flavor and contains enough calories and nutrients to count as a complete meal. To make the recipe creamier, soak the oats and shredded coconut in coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp. gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 tbsp. bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp. Perfect Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 scoop of Perfect Plant Protein
  • Ice, as needed

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until fully combined. This shake is extra large, so feel free to share with a friend. Like all of our smoothie recipes, you can alter this breakfast shake based on your taste preferences. Add more honey for a sweeter smoothie, or leave it out entirely. Don’t like the texture of coconut? Leave it out. Swap the coconut milk for almond milk- this is your protein shake! We’re just here to give you inspiration!
