Vanilla milkshake

This Chocolate Mint Protein Shake is packed with holiday flavor and has festive green color thanks to nutrient dense spinach and fresh mint leaves. With a scoop of super digestible plant protein, this shake is perfect for post workout recovery supplementation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Perfect Plant Protein
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 2 tbs. raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with a spoonful of cacao nibs and enjoy! This recipe makes one large protein shake.
