This shake is plant based and perfect for anyone following a vegetarian diet. This shake is also soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, and completely delicious! Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop of Perfect Plant Protein
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • Ice, as needed

Directions:

Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

This shake is rich and creamy, but still contains plenty of healthy fiber. The taste is slightly spicy, with sweet carrot cake goodness. You could also try adding a bit of non-alcoholic vanilla extract to give this shake even more delicious cake flavor. The almond milk can also be replaced by coconut milk, but please do not use soy milk. Why you ask? Just google the dangers of soy!
