Bana-nut
I love this protein shake. It is absolutely satisfying and delicious. Rich, creamy, nutty, and delicious- this shake is entirely plant based and packed with satisfying nutrients. This shake is also dairy-free, soy-free, whey-free, egg-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free!

Have you figured out that I like bananas? Actually, I don’t like bananas, I LOVE them. They are delicious, nutritious, and they make a perfect smooth and creamy smoothie base. Most of these recipes contain bananas, so hopefully you love them as much as I do. If not, I’ll have to create a ‘Banana Free Zone’ to list my protein shake recipes that don’t contain bananas.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop of Perfect Plant Protein
  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 
½ cup raw cashews
  • 
1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 
1 dash of sea salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender and process until completely smooth. This recipe makes one large protein shake. You can also freeze this shake into a delicious and nutritious ice cream.
